had an amazin stay at gardeners cottage, the room was super comfy and cozy even with the snow outside. breakfast was really good and freshly cooked, and the location was great for walkin around bakewell. the owners were super friendly and made us feel super welcome. loved stayin here and the peaceful vibes really added to the experience.
only thing was that the towels could be a bit bigger and we could hear people comin and goin from the front door a bit too much.

The breakfast choices were a culinary highlight, with Ivan crafting fresh meals daily. I highly recommend popping into The Bakewell Tart Shop for some delightful pastries after a stroll through town.
I couldn’t find the hairdryer in my room—I did borrow from a neighbor, and it turned out to be a fantastic one! Just a minor hiccup in an otherwise brilliant stay.

Chur, we just had a superb stay! The breakfast was top-notch, heaps of choice and delicious, but the mornings were noisy as the house got busy. Sweet view too!

The Deluxe Double Room was super comfy with charming decor. Loved how spacious it felt and the view over the garden was a nice touch. The bed was cozy, perfect for unwinding after a day out. Only downside was the lack of little extras you usually find in other places, which felt a bit underwhelming given the price.

What a delightful hidden gem! The views were stunning, and our room was so cozy. we could’ve stayed in the shower all day. Ivan and Elizabeth were fabulous hosts—absolutely lovely couple!
But honestly, it sounded like guests were practicing for a door-slamming championship right outside. A bit noisy for my taste!
